Our SLP
A speech language pathologist (SLP) assesses and treats communication disorders. An SLP is sometimes called a speech therapist, or speech-language therapist.
Andrea Amszynski received her Bachelor's in Communication Science and Disorders at the University of Georgia. After working at a private school providing 1:1 therapeutic intervention to students with disabilities, she attended Armstrong State University to earn her Masters in Communication Sciences and Disorders.
Before joining the All Kids First team, Andrea worked in the public school system as a speech language pathologist. She helped transition children from Babies Can't Wait into public school speech services and supported pre-K students in inclusion classrooms. She worked two years as a PK-5th speech language pathologist. As an SLP, she draws experience from working in summer camp, Montessori school, day care, reading tutoring, and after school programs as a student.
